Villa Marbella

On a sloping plot in the countryside of Marbella, a series of new unique villas will offer exclusive holiday experiences. The four detached homes are placed in a way to maximize the stunning views of the surroundings, while ensuring privacy in the interior and exterior spaces.

Each villa is unique and carefully shaped to the specific plot, yet the four all follow a similar concept. They are composed out of a series of connected volumes around a patio. Featuring a pond, the central patios provide a cool breeze and reflect daylight in the adjecent rooms. The different rooms each have their own character and atmosphere. Use of split levels allows the villas to follow the natural slope and have a less massive appearance in the natural landscape.

Wide openings with large sliding windows frame the vistas of the valley. They also provide direct connections between the interior spaces and outdoor terraces. Each of the villa features a private infinity pool from which the panoramic view can be enjoyed.
