Kora Maresía Lanzarote
A new development on an empty plot along the sea side adds a unique holiday destination. The settlement consists of a series of three story apartment blocks that are spread along the coast line. Their positioning responds to the natural circumstances and aims to create a collective atmosphere. A large pool is placed in the centre of the plan. Around the pool one will find all shared facilites like bars, restaurants, a gym an play room. The public character of these spaces is emphasized by arches in the façade, which make them stand out from the apartments.
Kora Maresía is a unique resort which combines the endless sea panoramas with an intimate green courtyard with communal spaces.

Ocean views
The apartment blocks consist of shifting volumes that share an entrance zone. The floorplans are repetitive with four corner apartments on every floor, profiting from views in two directions. They all feature a private terrace or balcony with stunning views to the ocean.
Apartments
The resort features smart apartments of different sizes. Available for both short holiday stay and long stay, they find a middle between a hotel loft and a small home. Fully equipped and fitted out with smart compact furniture elements, the units are flexible in use. Sliding walls allow to combine multiple rooms for a spacious feeling or provide privacy when used as bedrooms.
