Residence JT Amsterdam

HofmanDujardin has reimagined a conventional Amsterdam apartment, elevating it into a luxurious and expansive double-height dwelling with a beautiful view of the neighboring park. The design achieves a harmonious blend of open spaces with visual connections and more secluded areas, creating a balance between a sense of spaciousness and grounded privacy.

One of the focal points is a hand crafted wooden spiral staircase that gracefully connects the two levels. Ascending to the top floor reveals a light-filled and capacious living area that seamlessly integrates a modern kitchen and dining space. On the lower floor, the apartment houses the private areas, including bedrooms, and a serene bathroom adorned with exquisite details in warm natural stone.
